CLIFTON - Officials say a man has been arrested on drug charges following a fatal house fire that claimed another man?s life in Clifton yesterday.

Investigators say the man was arrested for possession of drugs and that he was likely smoking PCP with the victim when the fire broke out in the home.

Firefighters say they also recovered two grenades from the home that were taken by the bomb squad and disposed of.

Officials say that while the grenades themselves were inert, they did contain live detonators which could have caused damage had they gone off.

Fire officials say that while the cause of the fire remains under investigation, they believe it was accidental.
