MOUNT ARLINGTON - The driver accused of hitting and killing a Mount Arlington police officer over the weekend appeared before a judge today.Michael Cassella, 29, of Howell, was arraigned at the Morris County courthouse. Prosecutors say Cassella was driving under the influence of drugs when he lost control of his car and fatally struck officer Joseph Wargo on Route 80 in Roxbury Sunday.
