MAHWAH - Many rivers in Northern New Jersey are expected to flood, including Mahwah, as a result of more rain falling down on the Garden State.

The area where Mahwah and Ramapo rivers meet was not only hit by Irene, but also with additional water after a dam burst farther north.

The town has now banded together to help. Thanks the Mahwah Municipal Alliance, local restaurants, including Sonny and Tony's, are sending food, while local dry cleaners provide free laundry.
