Holmdel school on lockdown after threat report

HOLMDEL - A lockdown at a school in Holmdel has been lifted after authorities investigated a report of a possible threat to the school.

Police say all activities at the Indian Hill School have resumed as normal. 

The school was placed on lockdown Tuesday morning while police investigated an unspecified threat. Authorities did not elaborate on the nature of the threat.

Police say officers will remain on school premises, but all children and staff are safe.
