LONG BRANCH - Employees from 70 New Jersey companies were at the Ocean Place Resort and Spa for the Long Branch job fair today, which hoped to find jobs for war veterans.

The job fair was organized by the "G.I. Go Fund", a nonprofit veterans group.

Among the companies that participated in the job fair were PSE&G, Johnson & Johnson and Foodtown supermarkets.

Companies who hire veterans are offered an incentive, as every veteran hired earns the company a $9,600 tax credit and government money for spending.
