LITTLE EGG HARBOR - A man who police say was found driving drunk with a person halfway through his windshield was sentenced today to seven years in prison.
A judge sentenced Marcos Ortega, of Little Egg harbor, in the 2014 death of Kenneth Moeller.
Police say Ortega hit Moeller on Route 9 but kept driving with him stuck through the windshield for more than a mile before police pulled him over.

An officer responding to reports of an erratic driver saw what appeared to be a person lying on the hood of a vehicle. The officer stopped the vehicle and approached it and saw the victim lodged halfway through the windshield.
Moeller lived in Lanoka Harbor. He died a week later. He was 61.
