LINDEN - Police in Linden are looking for a suspect who allegedly robbed a business manager at gunpoint and tied him up to an office chair earlier this morning.

The manager at the Smith and Solomon truck driving school tells News 12 New Jersey he had just opened up the business at around 8:30 a.m. when a man carrying a gun held him up.

A worker at the school says the manager pleaded with the robber not to hurt him as he handed over $10,000 in cash that was in a safe.

The suspect is described as a black male with short dreadlocks, sunglasses, a black T-shirt and blue jeans.
