ELIZABETH - The final plaintiff will likely take the stand Monday in a civil trial over a disputed Mega-Millions jackpot, according to his attorney.
A group of five former co-workers claim Americo Lopes cut them out of a $77 million lottery jackpot. Even though the six used to pool money to play, Lopes claims he purchased the winning ticket alone for himself.
Closing arguments are expected to take place Wednesday.
