NEWARK - The last of six defendants in Newark's schoolyard triple murder case is scheduled to go on trial this week.

That means a final time for the families of the victims to see and hear evidence of the cold-blooded killings.

Dashon Harvey, Terrance "T.J." Aeriel and Iofemi Hightower were high school friends from Newark.

They were shot and killed behind the Mount Vernon School in August 2007. Three defendants have been convicted and two others have pleaded guilty. Gerardo Gomez's trial is scheduled to begin tomorrow.
