LAVALLETTE - Police say 25 people have been arrested in a large scale drug bust nicknamed Operation Road Runner.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced the arrests of 25 people following the seven-month multi-agency investigation. Searches were conducted at a repair shop in Toms River and businesses and homes in Ocean, Monmouth, Mercer and Essex counties.

Among the suspects is Lavallette police dispatcher Kathy Ann Graham, who is accused of tipping off potential suspects. Police say Graham warned the accused, including her daughter, 28-year-old Kelle Graham, and the alleged leader of the operation, 25-year-old Jeremy Zahn.

Twenty pounds of marijuana and large amounts of ecstasy and prescription drugs were collected by investigators.

Fifteen vehicles, including several believed to have been used to distribute drugs, were seized. Police also found weapons and $91,000 in cash.

One of the suspects, Shawn Hannon, 26, works as a teacher's assistant at Manalapan High School. The prosecutor's office says there's no evidence Hannon distributed drugs to students there.
