LAMBERTVILLE - Organizers of a wedding ceremony in Lambertville hope to send a message to New Jersey's neighbors this weekend.

The Delaware River community will join with the town of New Hope, Penn. in a gay pride parade, which will include a same-sex wedding ceremony on a parade float.

Same-sex marriage is not legal in Pennsylvania.

"We're calling it the 'bridge to marriage equality' and calling on the governor of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Legislature to enact marriage equality," says Lambertville Mayor Dave Del Vecchio.

The parade will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday.
