Lacey Township H.S. evacuated due to written threat

LACEY TOWNSHIP - The Lacey Township High School was evacuated earlier today due to a written threat at the school, according to Lacey Township School District Superintendent Richard P Starodub.

Police say the threat was discovered inside one of the boys bathrooms, but no bomb was found in the building.

As a precaution, seniors were taken to the Mill Pond School and the other students were taken to the middle school.

K-9 units from several departments assisted police officers with their search.
