EDISON - Parking rules on some streets in downtown Newark have changed, but the street signs haven't.

On Halsey Street, the signs say meters are enforced between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., yet the parking rules are enforced until 6 p.m.

Kane In Your Corner has the city's explanation and what drivers should do if it happens to them. Tune in to News 12 New Jersey tonight at 5 p.m.
