HOWELL TOWNSHIP - A man accused of sexually assaulting a toddler and manufacturing, possessing and distributing child pornography has been arrested in Monmouth County.
Kevin Motyka allegedly videotaped the crimes against a 2-year-old, then distributed the child pornography online.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Gramiccioni says Motyka was also in possession of 1,000 images of child porn. He says his office received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

"Quite a heinous crime if these charges are proven to be true," Gramiccioni says.
The 22-year-old was arrested early Monday at a home in Howell where he lives with his parents. Several computers were also seized from the home.
Neighbors in the Overlook Terrace community are sickened by the allegations. "I'm scared because I have my grandchildren and the bus comes right there and we never knew about it," Jasmin Sookhoo says.
Sookhoo says the many toys and playground equipment in Motyka's backyard have her especially worried now, since she believes his mother runs a day care service.
Motyka is being held in jail on $700,000 bail.
