NEWARK - Mike Weinrich was one of the drivers seen in surveillance video going through a red light after being waved through by a police officer.

Newark police say after reviewing the footage, they believe those six drivers got tickets they didn't deserve.

The red light ticket was the subject of a Kane in Your Corner report yesterday. The explanation from the Newark Police Department raises even more questions.

In the surveillance video, 10 different cars are seen being waved through a red light by a Newark police officer, so it isn't clear if the surveillance camera missed some of the drivers.
