SEASIDE HEIGHTS - A judge has adjourned the case of a man who climbed the Seaside Heights roller coaster after it fell into the Atlantic Ocean during Hurricane Sandy.

Christopher Angulo still faces various charges related to his climb onto the wrecked coaster and placement of an American flag at the top.

The case was pushed to a later date after specific evidence was not provided to either the prosecution or the defense.

Angulo's attorney did not comment.

A new court date has not been determined as of yet.
