EAST RUTHERFORD - The case involving four people facing assault charges relating to a fight at MetLife Stadium after a Jets game went before a judge Wednesday.
The incident involving two men and two women was posted on YouTube last month and went viral. Jets fan Kurt Paschke of Holbrook, New York, is seen punching a woman in the face while fighting with three Patriots fans from Massachusetts. Attorneys say the video captured only part of the brawl.
Kurt Paschke's attorney, Aida Leisenring says, "I can't believe how many times we've had to watch a video for such a low-level misdemeanor that we see routinely in stadiums."

Paschke and his attorney say arguing during the game may have led to an argument between women in the two groups, which may have led to a drink being thrown. Leisenring says Paschke was attacked several times during the melee.
Lawyers for the two female defendants had a different take. "The aggressor was Mr. Paschke. I think every person involved would agree with that, with the exception maybe of Mr. Paschke," says Tony Arbore, the attorney for Jackie Nugent.
Paschke's attorney admits that alcohol was involved but that there was not a level of high intoxication.
No plea deals have been made. The case is expected to resume next month.
