Jersey Shore restaurants Jack and Bills, Bubba's Blue Collar Cuisine, reopen after boardwalk fire

A restaurant completely destroyed in the Seaside Heights boardwalk fire is reopening this Memorial Day weekend.

What was once called Jack and Bill's is now Jax Garage, and it's located in a previously abandoned warehouse in Seaside Heights.

Bubba's Blue Collar Cuisine has reopened, and the business has seen a steady stream of customers so far for this Memorial Day eeekend.
