Jersey Shore restaurants Jack and Bills, Bubba's Blue Collar Cuisine, reopen after boardwalk fire

SEASIDE HEIGHTS - A restaurant completely destroyed in the Seaside Heights boardwalk fire is reopening this Memorial Day weekend.

What was once called Jack and Bill's is now Jax Garage, and it's located in a previously abandoned warehouse in Seaside Heights.

Bubba's Blue Collar Cuisine has reopened, and the business has seen a steady stream of customers so far for this Memorial Day eeekend.

Many residents and Memorial Day weekend visitors told News 12 that Jack and Bill's and Bubba's Blue Collar Cuisine were staples in the area, and they're glad the businesses survived to continue feeding them.

Bubba Demuro says the new restaurant is a breath of fresh air, and he's lucky to wake up every day and have a place to work.
