Jersey Shore beaches open, but going in is at swimmers' own risk
Beachgoers are being warned about swimming on unguarded Jersey Shore beaches.
Many beaches don't have lifeguards on duty after Labor Day. Beach badges are also no longer required, and swimming is at your own risk.
