JERSEY CITY - Jersey City officials are urging drivers to stay off of the roads and not clog parking lanes as a snowstorm moves into the state. The city's leaders faced withering criticism over its handling of the Christmas weekend blizzard. Jersey City Mayor Jerramiah Healy says that there is a parking problem in Jersey City every day, with or without snow. Jersey City officials say this time, they will be ready, however. Jersey City schools will be closed Wednesday and residents will be able to park in school parking lots.
