Jersey City mourns fallen Officer Melvin Santiago, fatally shot at Walgreens


Officers lined up at attention as Santiago's flag-draped body was taken on a gurney from Jersey City Medical Center and loaded onto an ambulance.

Melvin Santiago had dreamed of being a police officer since he was a boy, seeking to follow in his uncle's footsteps.
