JCP&L president Don Lynch says the company is prepared for snow accumulations.

EDISON - JCP&L gave a news conference earlier this morning to discuss what it is doing to ensure its customers remain safe.

The company expects high winds and up to a foot of snow to impact some of the areas it provides service to.

"With storms like this, its going to be hard to predict how many outages may occur," said JCP&L president Don Lynch.

"Snowstorms like this are famously unpredictable but Jersey Central is ready. We have crews staged...we've done all our preparations."
