WASHINGTON - IRS official Lois Lerner has just pleaded the Fifth before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.

Lerner, the IRS official who headed the division accused of targeting conservative groups, says she did "nothing wrong" and broke no laws before invoking her constitutional right against self-incrimination.

Lerner added she never misled or lied to Congress, as some legislators have contended.
