Husband arrested in death of Lincroft woman

LINCROFT - Officials have declared the death of a Lincroft woman a homicide and have arrested her husband in connection with the death.

Police say Patrick Allen killed his wife, Kimberly Allen, in their home on West Front Street yesterday while their two children were in school.

Investigators arrested Allen after the autopsy concluded the death was a homicide. At this time they have not released the cause of death.

Officials say Allen has been charged with one count of murder and is now in the Monmouth County Jail on $1.5 million bail.

Allen is expected to appear before a judge on Monday.
