EDISON - The House of Representatives will vote Wednesday to approve the $60 billion in Sandy relief for New Jersey, New York and Connecticut.

The House plans to split the disaster aid bill into two parts. The first part would give $27 billion to fund immediate needs. The second part would offer $33 billion for long-term projects.
