HOPATCONG - A Hopatcong restaurant owner has been charged with selling heroin.

John Davieau, who owns the River Styx Grill, faces nearly 100 drug possession and distribution charges.

His lawyer says a plea offer has been made, but no details were given.

Davieau made his first court appearance yesterday, but the judge delayed the case until mid-November.
