WEST MILFORD - Homeland Security officials are meeting with the utility authority of West Milford following a series of attacks on the township's water supply.

Over the past four months, there have been nearly 15 acts of vandalism to pump stations and treatment plants that resulted in low water pressure, chemical contamination and sewage spills. Authorities have no solid leads, but think the vandal has a working knowledge of the West Milford water system.
