Holland Tunnel reopens after disabled truck blocks NY-bound side

JERSEY CITY - All lanes of the Holland Tunnel have reopened on the New York City-bound side after a tractor-trailer became wedged in the entrance to the tunnel.

The truck became disabled shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday near the south tube, according to the Department of Transportation.

Authorities say there were residual delays and asked drivers to avoid the area.

There are no injuries reported in the accident.
