HOBOKEN - Streets flooded in Hoboken Friday as the remnants of Tropical Storm Andrea passed over the already soaked city.

Cars left in the wrong places were quickly submerged.

Roads were blocked, and the nearby Portuguese Festival at Iberia Restaurant in Newark was canceled Friday night.

Flooding is the norm in many parts of Hoboken when there is heavy rain.
