JERSEY CITY - Students from the Hoboken Charter School are returning to the classroom following a devastating fire that tore through their school nearly two weeks ago.

Administrators signed a new lease for the former site of St. Anne's School in Jersey City after the Sept. 6 fire left their building seriously damaged.

Parents and members of the community have been donating all kinds of classroom supplies to help the school get back on its feet.

School staff members still haven't been able to go inside the original school building. It's unclear whether it will be able to open this academic year.

Anyone wishing to help with donations can find more information at the school's website.
