EDISON - The leader of a Jersey Shore heroin ring has been sentenced in the death of a woman who died after taking the drug.

Rufus Young, 43, received a 10-year sentence Friday.

Prosecutors say Young supplied the heroin that killed 23-year-old Jamie Caravella.

Another man, 26-year-old Paul Robinson, received a five-year sentence for manslaughter.
