PATERSON - Habitat for Humanity marked a milestone in New Jersey this morning.

As part of World Habitat Day events around the world, Habitat for Humanity raised the walls on its 500,001 house in Paterson. The organization's 500,000 house was completed in Kenya today.

Emmy award-winning TV host Steve Thomas, along with Donna Brightman of the Paterson chapter of Habitat for Humanity, were on hand to celebrate the event.
