ELIZABETH - A grandmother and her two grandchildren missing since Monday were found safely in Newark Tuesday.

Barbara Artis, 77, who suffers from dementia, had been seen leaving her home on Lexington Place in Elizabeth at 5:15 p.m. yesterday.

She was seen walking with her 2-year-old and 11-month-old granddaughters.

Police have not released any further details on their conditions, or where the grandmother and granddaughters were during the time they were missing.
