EDISON - Gov. Chris Christie says he'll keep negotiating with one the state's largest public worker unions after their contract expires tomorrow.

Speaking on Millennium Radio's "Meet the Governor" on NJ 101.5 FM last night, Christie says the state has given several proposals to the Communications Workers of America, which represents about 40,000 state workers. He said the state has not gotten responses back on several of the issues.

Christie said there's "no chance" workers will get big raises to compensate for higher pension and health benefits costs they'll be required to pay.
