Gov. Christie looking toward November election

HOPATCONG - (AP) - Gov. Chris Christie is looking toward theNovember election when all 120 seats in the Legislature are up forgrabs.

Speaking at a town hall meeting in Hopatcong Wednesday, Christieasked the crowd to give him a Republican legislature in November.The governor said, "you're not going to believe what's going tohappen in New Jersey."

Christie blamed Democrats for holding up his appointments andblamed the Legislature's Democratic leadership of dragging theirheels on pension and health benefit reforms.

Democrats hold the majority in the New Jersey Senate andAssembly.
