DOVER - Gov. Chris Christie says Wednesday's presidential debate has the potential to be a "game changer" for Mitt Romney.

Recent polls have Romney slightly trailing President Barack Obama. The governor says Wednesday will be the Republican presidential hopeful's best chance to give voters a true side-by-side comparison with the president.

Christie weighed in on the matter during a press conference while touring the Zufall Health Center in Dover.

The governor will hit the campaign trail again this weekend. Christie is heading to Michigan on Saturday to campaign for Romney.
