TRENTON - Gov. Chris Christie helped break ground on New Jersey's newest nursing school at Thomas Edison State College.
The new nursing school will be built at the site of the former Glen Cairn Arms apartment building.
Half of the $26 million project will be paid for by the bond approved by voters last November.

"I know that one of the particular moments of pride for me about what we've been able to accomplish during my time as governor will be seeing this building and knowing the good work that's going on inside this building," Christie said.
School officials expect the building to be finished by early 2016.
