EDISON - Drivers continue to see lower prices at the pumps in New Jersey.
AAA Mid-Atlantic says the average price of regular gasoline in the Garden State on Friday was $2.50, down 3 cents from a week ago.
Meanwhile, the national average price remained at $2.68 for the second straight week. Last year, the national average was $2.60.
AAA Mid-Atlantic projects that slightly more than 1 million Garden State residents will have traveled more than 50 miles from home over the Labor Day holiday weekend. That's nearly a 10 percent increase from last year.
