Fundraiser held at New Brunswick restaurant for Eric LeGrand

NEW BRUNSWICK - Qdoba Mexican Grill located on George Street in New Brunswick will host a fundraiser today to benefit the Eric LeGrand Belief Fund.

Eric LeGrand, a junior and defensive tackle on the Rutgers football team, was paralyzed from the neck down on Oct. 16 while making a tackle during a game versus Army.

The restaurant will donate 15 percent of all sales throughout the day.

Gov. Chris Christie, as well as representatives from the New Brunswick mayor's office and Rutgers athletic department, are expected to attend the event.
