Friends of missing Jersey City mom continue search

JERSEY CITY - Friends are searching for a 32-year-old Jersey City woman whose husband says she went missing after a fight.

Police say the husband of Randy "Amanda" Lehrer reported her missing on Aug. 17. She was last seen working at Tommy's Restaurant in Jersey on Aug. 12.

Jersey City Police Chief Tom Comey says Lehrer's husband has been uncooperative and won't speak to them beyond the report without an attorney. The couple has a 10-month-old child. A $3,000 reward is being offered for anyone who has information that helps find Lehrer. Anyone with information is asked to call 201-547-JAIL.
