NEWARK - The owner of a Newark flower shop was injured after two armed men stormed the store and demanded cash.
Police say two men entered Magnolia Florist on Webster Street in Newark just before 4 p.m. Sunday and ordered a bouquet. Then, authorities say one of the men pulled a gun out on 39-year-old Francisco Romero.
Romero allegedly gave the two men $50. Then, police say they dragged him toward the back of the store, tied him up, pointed a gun at his head and demanded more money.
