WOODBRIDGE - A judge has decided to fire a Fords Middle School teacher nearly two years after he was suspended for inappropriate comments and actions toward students and staff.

The administrative law judge determined James Lang should be fired, noting that he "violated all standards of decency" and "contributed to a sexually demeaning environment."

Lang reportedly made advances toward a female teacher and told a young female student who wanted to improved her grades that she'd "be better off working the streets."

Lang was a tenured teacher, which required the state to get involved. He has been on unpaid suspension.
