EDISON - After nearly a week of dry weather, New Jersey should see some much-needed rain.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that conditions Thursday posed a fire danger, with dry weather and winds of around 25 mph. Temperatures Thursday reached the low-70s.

Clouds are expected to develop during the overnight hours and parts of New Jersey could see some light rain.

More rain is expected throughout the day Friday. Temperatures should reach the mid-70s.

Saturday and Sunday are expected to see mostly clear skies. Temperatures may cool slightly into the mid-60s.
