EDISON - New Jersey saw mostly cloudy skies, scattered rain and cooler temperatures for Friday.

News 12 New Jersey Meteorologist Dave Curren says that temperatures will continue to be below average for the next few days.

Friday’s overnight hours should continue to see cloudy skies with some scattered rain showers. Temperatures are expected to dip into the mid-40s.

Saturday should see the skies clear a little bit with a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures should reach the low-60s.

More rain is expected for Sunday into Monday. Temperatures should reach the mid-50s and low-60s.
