ENGLEWOOD - (AP) - State police say a tractor-trailer struck and killed a Florida man who was standing on the New Jersey Turnpike.
    
The accident occurred around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday in the northbound express lanes in Englewood.
    
Authorities say 60-year-old Izhak Shvarz of Lake Mary, Fla., was standing next to his vehicle and was partially in the right lane when he was hit by the truck.
    
No tickets have been issued and the accident remains under investigation.
