MILLBURN - Some of the southbound lanes on the JFK Parkway were closed due to flooding Sunday morning.

While northbound lanes reopened quickly, southbound lanes remained closed for hours as emergency road crews helped drain the road.

Many major roadways, intersections and ramps were also closed in many of the low-lying and poor drainage areas like Hoboken.

The rest of the afternoon saw temperatures near 60 degrees.

News 12 meteorologists expect the temperature to drop Monday to more normal temperatures for this time of year.
