FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP - As the holiday season nears, fire officials in Freehold Township are urging everyone to keep fire safety in mind.

Freehold Township Independent Fire Company Assistant Chief Bryan Zuccarelli says overloading electrical outlets around the holidays is a common cause of fires.
