MANALAPAN - A three-alarm blaze ripped through a diner in Manalapan this morning.

Firefighters from several towns were called to the Manalapan Diner on Route 9 around 7 a.m. this morning to fight the flames.

The fire was largely contained to the roof with some smoke and water damage inside the restaurant, according to Gordon's Corner Fire Company Chief Lee Maksimik.

No injuries were reported as a result of the fire. Investigators are still working to determine what started the blaze.
