Fire officials: Hoarding led to man's death in fire

NEW BRUNSWICK - A fire in New Brunswick that broke out early Saturday morning has left one man dead.

Firefighters say that when they arrived at the house on Commercial Avenue they found the house so filled with clutter that they could barely make it inside.

Fire officials say that there was little chance of saving the resident inside because of the massive amount of clutter preventing the firefighters from reaching him.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
